Acrylic Paint Set - Guardians of the Throne - 12 x 20ml | IONIC | IONIC0518

For over ten millennia, an elite order of engineered warriors has stood as the Emperor’s personal guard as they served as emissaries, protectors, and the silent keepers of His secrets. Forged individually rather than mass‑produced, each warrior is a living weapon, unmatched in discipline and lethality. Once confined to the inner palace, they now stride into the stars once more, accompanying the Regent’s crusading fleets and proving that sometimes the strongest defense is a decisive strike.

Designed to capture the imposing presence of these golden guardians, this set combines the Real Heavy Metal easy-to-use 3-Step (Base, Wash, Highlight) Metallic System with high-quality acrylic metallic paints to deliver rich armor tones, deep shadows, and luminous energy effects, suitable for both fast tabletop work and display-quality painting. The metallic range provides Antique Gold Base, Metallic Wash, and Highlight for brilliant gold armor and ornate trim, while Burnished Metal Base, Metallic Wash, and Highlight create steel and gunmetal finishes for blades, mechanical parts, weapons and chains.

Complementing the metallics, the IONIC acrylic selection includes Scab Red and Red for deep crimson plumes, cloth and heraldic details, Ruins Grey and Ivory for scrolls, seals, parchment, tabards and decorative armor panels, and Pthalo Blue and Lightning Blue for power weapon glows, gems, lenses, and energy fields—everything needed to bring these legendary warriors to life with depth, contrast, and character.

Whether you’re painting a full warhost for the tabletop or a single centerpiece figure for display, this set delivers fast, consistent, and impressive results.
