Orders can take up to 5 days to dispatch during busy periods but are typically sent within 2 working days.

No, we currently do not have the facilities to allow customers to collect their orders.

We operate from three separate locations in Staffordshire, with our main warehouse in Brocton, Stafford.

- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- A note must be included with the order number and the reason for the return.
